Shipping, Payments & Refunds

We ship all orders Expedited with Canada Post, please contact me if you require a different service. We do not automatically send out tracking numbers, please contact us if you would like it.

Please see Canada Post for shipping times. Please be aware shipping times are extended during Covid 19 due to the large volumes of shipped goods and decreased staff availability at this time.

ESSENTIAL OILS: Due to restrictions around shipping essential oils, we are only able to ship them within Canada.

We pack our orders using recycled paper and biodegradable starch packing peanuts. Please recycle or reuse the paper and the peanuts can be reused or washed safely down the sink. Please be aware that some of our products are sensitive to heat, cold and humidity. If your climate is experiencing extremes in any of these please let us know so we can do our best to make sure your products arrive in the best possible condition.

 

I do not charge taxes for US or international orders, it is the buyers responsibility to pay any and all the duties or customs charges that apply.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for lost orders if “without tracking” is chosen.
